September’s meeting is from 8pm on 4th September 2012. For the first time it is being hosted at Hartleys Bar at 171 Newland Avenue, Hull HU5 2EP.
We are meeting in the spacious upstairs room, which should allow us more than enough space. If anyone has any projects they want to show off, there’s also a big screen for this purpose. The only downside is that there are not many power points, however Hartleys are happy for us to bring extension cables along.
Hartleys has a great menu (Jon, Damian and myself tried it out a few weeks ago), and a good choice of beers and ciders at reasonable prices. If you do fancy eating, the early bird tea-time menu runs until 7pm (Traci recommends the Minute Steak), however they do have a full menu available after that time:

I can confirm the food is very good there! I wonder what the wifi situation is like there?
Unless I’m thinking of somewhere else I recall there was a locked wifi owned by the place. I wonder if they’d be willing to let us use it?
