Hull LUG’s New Best Friend

Our new best friend is Linux Format Magazine.  If you want to know why, get yourself down to your nearest good newsagent with £6.49, turn to page 14 and find out why.

There is a sneak preview in the forums, but it only gives you an idea why we like these guys so much.

Or, you can read it for free in the store seeing as Linux Format is weeks, if not months out of date ;)

Ah but Linux Format is a great magazine anyway! I don’t buy it every month I must admit, but usually can’t resist it when I’m passing the magazine isle in the supermarket. :)

It’s very over priced though. For the cover price that can buy a weekly shop for many people. Also, Linux Format *want* people to buy it and think it’s great, no matter how out of date and over priced it is. It is how selling products work. ;)
